Overview:
Nuclear micropore membrane anti-counterfeiting technology, also known as nuclear track anti-counterfeiting technology on the market, has unique anti-counterfeiting method. The anti-counterfeiting pattern consists of hundreds of thousands to millions of micro-pores per square centimeter, and has good breathability and water permeability.
Principles of nuclear track technology:
The high-energy heavy ion irradiation polymer film (PET) generated by heavy ion accelerator is used to ionize and excite the surrounding atoms on the path through which ions pass through due to high-density energy deposition, causing long chain breaks, rearrangements and free radicals of polymer molecules to form latent paths. The materials have a high chemical reaction ability in this area and can form holes through chemical reagent etching. This is the principle of the formation of nuclear microporous membranes.
